| September 17, 2007 through December 5, 2007 | Window for staff to become approved test administrators for the ACCESS for ELLs assessment. | To Access WIDA's Online Training Site (D2L):https://uwosh.courses.wisconsin.eduIf you were designated by your LEA last year as the facilitator, your username and password will remain the same. PA LEA Facilitators Who Have Not Received a Username and/or Password:Please complete and submit the WIDA Help Form using the following link: http://www.wida.us/FAQs/helpform.aspx. After receipt of the above information, you will receive an email from D2L giving you logon instructions. (Reminder: To prevent email bounce backs when test administrators are enrolled in D2L, please notify your technical/web support person so that the servers allow messages to be received from the following two email addresses: "Desire2Learn UW Oshkosh" (d2l@uwosh.edu) and "WIDA HELP Tech" (http://www.wida.us/FAQs/helpform.aspx) PA LEA Coordinators/Test Administrators Who Need ACCESS Training Contact:Your LEA's designated facilitator who is responsible for the overall coordination of test administration activities for the ACCESS for ELLs. LEA facilitators are responsible to register all LEA staff members who need "ACCESS for ELLs" training. Click on the "M," then click on "WIDA ACCESS for ELLs" from the lefthand menu. A screen will then come up and ask for the username (Type in: WIDA) and a password (Type in: access). The next screen that appears will provide you with additional self-explanatory instructions. | February 1, 2008 | LEAs pack and mail testing materials back to MetriTech | Call Your Regular UPS Service for PickupIf your district does not have regular UPS service, call 1-800-742-5877 and arrange an UPS A.R.S. pickup. Provide the tracking number from the label and the total number of boxes for pick-up. Have UPS enter the tracking number and proceed through the UPS pick-up process. The UPS driver will pick up the box(es) and return them to MetriTech at no cost to the LEA. Keep your UPS tracking receipt as proof of shipment. Need Additional UPS A.R.S.
