Parts and Repair
We are proud to announce that Intermediate Unit 1 has incorporated a computerized database for generating billings and automatic invoicing. This system will enable the IU to better serve our cumstomers. The Intermediate Unit 1 maintains a large variety of repair parts. If we do not have an item you require on hand, the item will be ordered for you.
Benefits include:
- Verification of paperwork on items received for repair
- Ordering of replacement parts for school districts
- Ordering warranty items for replacement
- Completion of delivery sheets and two week turn around time on repair
- Maintains accurate inventory levels
- Monthly computerized billing of school districts for all repairs and replacement parts
- Follow up on all pending repairs, credits, billings, etc.
