Strategic Planning
Pennsylvania school districts and AVTS are required to do strategic planning to ensure all students are achieving at high levels. This is a continuous process that incorporates multiple planning and reporting requirements. The eStrategic Planner online tool is used to provide a framework for strategic planning that incorporates required reports for Chapter 4, Teacher Induction, Professional Education, Special Education, Educational Technology, Chapter 12, and District Improvement. Instructional Support Services staff provide technical assistance and training on the eStrategic Planner tool and its process components.
