Intermediate Unit One provides related and instructional support services for students in Washington, Greene and Fayette Counties. IU1 Team 7 supports students with communication disorders and sensory impairments. Team 7 offers comprehensive programming for students with visual impairment, hearing impairment, speech-language impairment and autism. Team 7 also provides services to students in need of occupational therapy (OT) and physical therapy (PT).
Mr. Dennis Taylor supervises Team 7. Maryann Faieta, Marianne Pryor and MaryAnn Rocco function as the Lead Support Teachers (LST) for the team. They provide technical assistance and instructional support to the instructional and therapeutic staff. Karen Swartz is the team secretary.
