Meetings are held at Intermediate Unit 1 the first Thursday of the month.
The Local Task Force (LTF) is a committee of concerned persons, parents, educators and agencies that serve and advocate for students with disabilities, and which monitor the special education program of school districts in the Fayette, Greene and Washington Counties.
A major purpose of the task force is to propose recommendations that will improve, strengthen and, when necessary, expand services for exceptional pupils. The Local Task Force also provides information and networking between its members and the community.
